The Sponsor Option allows for the Consultant to attend and participate in both days as a regular attendee and be recognized as a Showcase Company Sponsor. Sponsors will not be asked to facilitate discussions or be recognized as a content leader. Registration includes:

OPTION 2, Sponsor & Facilitator Option
One Fee: $750
Secure before May 1

The Sponsor & Facilitator Option includes all of the Sponsor offerings plus allows for the consultant to assist and/or facilitate a session. Consultants will be assigned to facilitate based on competency of the content. The facilitator’s name, title and organization will be added to the agenda and will be recognized as a content leader. For example: if your firm’s core initiative is to assist associations with business intelligence, you may be assigned to facilitate a discussion on data analytics. You’ll be able to provide resources, white papers, client case studies, and your expertise. It will be a great way for you to strut your stuff on subject matter and ultimately help you grow your business.

Both options allow consultants the opportunity to attend the AMS Vendor Previews.

AMS Fest is not a booth event but we think it provides better opportunities for your product to shine and for attendees to compare and get to know your products in a meaningful way. The Showcase Company & Preview Sponsor provides all the benefits of the Showcase Company plus the following:

  • Opportunity to be a part of Meet the AMS Companies (5 minute slot on Day 1, read more below)
  • Opportunity to be a part of AMS Previews (Two 30-minute slots on Day 2, read more below)

About Meet the AMS
If you’ve been involved with AMS Fest for the last couple years, you know that the format changes up a bit each time. At the last AMS Fest each of the participating companies had an opportunity to address the entire audience on the first day with 5 Slides in 5 Minutes. Though it was helpful for some, in hindsight, we think that was a little too cookie cutter. You have much more personality to show and you have a product and culture that makes you special. So let’s get away from cookie cutter. Each of the participating AMS companies will still have their 5 minute time slot to shine, but you’ve gotta dig deeper this time. What truly makes your platform unique? How are you changing the association tech ecosystem? What do your clients say about you that makes you most proud? You won’t have a set number of slides or be guided to answer questions. Just us the best 5 minutes you’ve got. Tell us your story. Be fun. Be memorable.

About the AMS Preview
The AMS Preview is intended to give attendees a 30-minute peek inside the platforms that interest them most. Each participating AMS vendor will have two 30-minute time slots on Day 2 to showcase their system. Don’t feel like you have to mash a 1 hour demo into 30 -minutes. Use your time wisely and you may be surprised what a 30-minute peek under the hood can showcase. Best part is that the crowds will be smaller so that you can get intimate with those that are most interested in your platform. Competitors are not allowed in the room during preview time, however consultants and industry partners are allowed. If a competitor is in the room, the presenter will be asked to stop their presentation and the competitor will be asked to leave.
