Greenhouse Loft is conveniently located in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. A short freeway drive from downtown, you’ll quickly discover the ease and allure that comes with the location. Just a few blocks from the I-90/94 expressway, getting there is a cinch no matter which direction you’re coming from. Located in a Platinum LEED certified building, Greenhouse Loft is Chicago’s most sustainable meeting and corporate event venue.

What's In the Area

Come early and stay late and take in everything that makes Logan Square fantastic. A recent slew of top accolades and recognition has drawn a range of new fantastic bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Logan Square is considered one of the hippest neighborhoods in Chicago so if you haven’t been in a while, you’ve got some catching up to do. AMS Fest attendees will fit right in with this part of Chicago’s most creative people, places, and ideas.

Transportation from Hotel to Greenhouse Loft

A shuttle service will be provided for those staying at the host hotel. Shuttle times are below. Note that shuttle service is for morning commutes only.
Wednesday, June 7: 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.
Thursday, June 8: 7:00 a.m. and 8 a.m.

Chicago is a major airline hub and is serviced by two international airports: Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW). O’Hare is 12 miles from Greenhouse Loft and Midway is 15 miles. Both airports are accessible via CTA train.

By Train

Blue Line Logan Square station is a 12 minute walk to/from Greenhouse Loft

By Car

Greenhouse Loft is 1 block east of the I-90/94 expressway. When driving southeast (toward downtown) it’s exit 46A, when driving northwest (away from the downtown high rises) it’s exit 46B. Approximately 10 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. If driving northwest on I-90/94, take exit 46B for Diversey Avenue then take a right onto Diversey. Proceed one block, Greenhouse Loft will be on your right. If driving southeast on I-90/94, take exit 46A for California Avenue then take a right onto California, followed by a quick left onto Diversey Avenue. Proceed two blocks, Greenhouse Loft will be on your right.

Public Parking Garage

Only $2 per vehicle for up to 12 hours. Floors 4 – 5 only. Located at 2464 W. Schubert Avenue, behind the Regal Cinema. Enter via N. Artesian Ave from Diversey or via W. Schubert Ave from Western. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to Greenhouse Loft from this parking garage.

Street Parking

Public Street Parking is available on Diversey Avenue and the surrounding side streets. Most of the street parking is free, but some is metered or by permit only. Check posted signage to ensure parking is allowed for the duration of the time you’ll be inside the building.
