Investor talk. An a$k anything panel!
The association technology sector has recently attracted the attention of leading Private Equity firms, ushering in multi-million dollar investments in several association technology firms. This new money has resulted in a flood of mergers, acquisitions, and new players in the association technology market.
How does the investment tsunami affect your organization’s members and day to day operations? Are your technology providers among the merged or acquired? Who are these investors? What are their motivations? What should you do if your technology vendor is acquired or merged? Get the answers to these questions and more.
It’s going to be an ask anything format with guest appearances from association executives who have weathered the experience, consultants who have watched the industry evolve and even two AMS CEOs right in the middle of it.
The session is moderated by the daring-not-afraid-to-ask-anything Ben Martin, CAE, author of TheNIRD.org, founder of Online Community Results and association investor enthusiast.
