In preparation for ASAE’s Technology Conference this week, I pulled a word cloud of the 20 most used words in the nearly 300 reviews. During my panel discussion, I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out that these 3 words are included in this short list: CUSTOMER, SUPPORT and SERVICE.
